A huge thank you to the volunteers who helped make our VGK Street Hockey Clinic such a success! Your time, energy, and support helped create a fun and meaningful experience for the families we serve.
We truly couldn’t do this work without you. Thank you for all that you do for Adam’s Place and our community! 💛
In partnership with the Vegas Golden Knights, this event was a wonderful opportunity for connection, movement, and healing through play.

As we welcome the first signs of spring, we are reminded of the incredible growth happening right here at Adams Place. Our Spring 2026 Camp Cope sessions are in full bloom, and your dedication is the sunlight helping our families find their way.
Because of your compassion, grieving children and teens are discovering that they don't have to navigate their journey alone. Every smile and supportive word you offer helps plant seeds of resilience and healing.
We want to remind our volunteers that we have just one more session remaining for our Spring 2026 Camp Cope season. Let’s make our final gathering count!
As we look ahead to Fall 2026, we are also beginning to recruit Camp Cope facilitators. Our Summerlin location is currently well supported, though there may still be a few opportunities available. We would especially love support at our Centennial Hills location, where additional facilitators will help us continue growing and serving more grieving families in the community.
Thank you for being the “four-leaf clover” in our program—rare, precious, and deeply appreciated. Together, we are ensuring that no child has to grieve in isolation. 🧡

Our Camp Cope Facilitator Handbook Is Here! 📚✨
As we celebrate 15 years of impact supporting grieving children and families, we’re proud to mark a meaningful milestone—the publication of our first two books in the Camp Cope for Kids series.
We are excited to spotlight Camp Cope for Kids: The Facilitator Guide, a resource thoughtfully developed from years of hands-on experience, best practices, and the voices of the children and families we serve. This guide is designed to support facilitators as a training and reference tool, helping ensure safe, consistent, and trauma-informed programming across Camp Cope.
Packed with practical insights, activity guidance, and facilitation support, this handbook is meant to be a trusted companion—before, during, and after sessions—so facilitators feel confident and supported every step of the way. 💡
These books will continue to be used as part of Camp Cope facilitator training. Participants who train with Adam’s Place will receive copies as part of their training experience, and Adam’s Place volunteers will continue to train at no cost and have access to the books at their program sites.
We’re grateful to everyone who has helped bring this resource to life and to our facilitators who make healing possible for grieving children every day. 💛
