Become a Camp Cope Facilitator – Make a Difference in 2025!
Are you passionate about supporting children and families through grief?
Adam’s Place is looking for dedicated volunteer facilitators for our Summerlin and Centennial Hills Camp Cope locations for the upcoming year!
As a facilitator, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive space where kids and teens can express their grief, build coping skills, and connect with others who understand. No prior experience is required—just a compassionate heart and a willingness to learn!
🌟 Facilitator Training 📅 Date: August 23, 2025 ⏰ Time: 9 AM – 4 PM 📍 Location: In-person at Summerlin Hospital
Here’s what one of our facilitators shared about their experience: "As a facilitator, it has been an honor to support all Camp Cope participants on their journey by listening to their stories and teaching them healthy coping skills. Through this experience, I have gained a deeper understanding of grief and the challenges that all family members face when losing a loved one. Beyond that, I have formed lifelong friendships with fellow facilitators and staff at Adam’s Place. I am forever grateful for the experiences and memories I have made and deeply admire the incredible work they do to support grieving families and provide accessible care."
