Adeline Allen, CTRS, LMSW is a licensed social worker and certified recreation therapist. She is a trained Camp Cope facilitator and has experience working with children and adolescents across diverse settings.

After attending this course…
- Participants will be able to define the terms diversity, equity and inclusion and describe how these concepts apply to group facilitation.
- Participants will be able to identify three forms of microaggression and the impacts of each one.
- Participants will be able to identify two strategies to demonstrate inclusivity when considering gender/ pronouns.
Course interaction & system requirements
This live webinar is fully interactive. Attendees may ask and answer questions throughout the presentation and participate in instructor-led activities such as: breathing exercises, sharing circle, and journaling.
