Stepping into a caregiving role after a child has lost a parent can be both emotionally and practically challenging. This webinar addresses the various aspects of caring for a grieving child, from understanding their emotional needs to managing your own grief as a caregiver. We’ll also dive into strategies to build a safe, stable environment for the child as they cope with such a profound loss.
We’re going to explore how grief shows up in children, caregiver grief, adapting to your new caregiving role, and how to create a secure emotional environment where the child feels safe to express their feelings.
