Topic: Holding Gratitude and Grief Together: Preparing for the Holiday Season

The approach of the holidays often brings a complex mixture of emotions. This session will focus on navigating traditions, managing expectations, and creating space for both gratitude and grief. We’ll explore ways to honor loved ones while caring for ourselves during a season that can feel both meaningful and difficult.

Discussion Focus: Holiday planning, remembrance rituals, family dynamics, and balancing joy with sorrow.

Trained facilitators use different topics every month to start conversations and make connections within the group.
