Topic: Winter’s Embrace: Remembering, Reflecting, and Renewing Hope
As the year comes to a close, we gather to reflect on the journeys we’ve traveled, the memories we’ve cherished, and the strength we’ve discovered. Together, we’ll honor the loved ones who remain part of our lives through memory and meaning while looking ahead with compassion and hope.
Discussion Focus:Â Year-end reflection, remembrance, resilience, and setting intentions for the year ahead.
Trained facilitators use different topics every month to start conversations and make connections within the group.

Who:
Dr. Clements has worked as a family grief and bereavement therapist for over two decades, supporting individuals experiencing many types of loss, including the loss of a child or spouse, extended illness, sudden death, and traumatic death.
Dr. Miranda Ramirez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, CCHP, is an advanced practice registered nurse and dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings her clinical expertise in mental health care and education, along with a compassionate approach to supporting adults navigating grief and loss.
Together, Dr. Clements and Dr. Ramirez believe that healthy grief is a journey, not a destination, and that having the opportunity to share experiences with others can provide meaningful support, connection, and insight along the way.
